We developed this reluctor wheel after a stock wheel disintegrated in a LS drag race engine. The stock GM units are not designed to handle the demands of high horsepower engines operating at extreme RPM levels. Hutter Performance reluctor wheels are precision laser cut from .180″ thick steel, and we have used them successfully in our LS drag race engines, which operate at 9500+ RPM. Replaces GM part#12586768.
